Welcome to The Bible from A to Z!<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for checking out my \u201cproject\u201d. I have been working on this for several years, and this is the week I get to tell you all about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a day or two of breath taking suspense, you now at least know the name of the project \u2013 The Bible From A to Z!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before you head over to the new website @ https:\/\/TheBibleFromAtoZ.com\/<\/a>, be sure to finish out this blog post post. We have to start with the name because a name is so important. (I plan to write about the names of God later. They are so amazing!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will admit, I changed the name of this project several times. I thought \u201cThe ABC\u2019s of the Bible\u201d was pretty straight forward, and then maybe I should use \u201cHiStory from A to Z\u201d because it\u2019s \u201cHis Story\u201d. I most recently tossed around \u201cOne Story\u201d, but I was leery of using \u201cstory\u201d because of the connotation of story with fairy tale or lie. I defiantly don\u2019t want to portray the Bible as a fairy tale or a lie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite all the name changes, the purpose never changed \u2013 to share God\u2019s Word, the Bible, from beginning to end (Discover)<\/a> so people would have a better understanding of the Bible and love it even more (Learn)<\/a>, and then share it with others (Share)<\/a>. The purpose of the Bible will never change either \u2013 God is working out His plan to redeem a fallen world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With that in mind, I offer a challenge. If we can get 1,000 likes on The Bible from A to Z Facebook page at https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/The-Bible-From-A-to-Z-114766843642581<\/a> by next Monday, I will share the A, the B, and the C in The Bible from A to Z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I bet you are probably wondering where the ABC\u2019s fit in too. We\u2019ll start at the \u201cbeginning\u201d of the project tomorrow, and it will all make sense!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although new blog entries will most often appear on the Facebook page, be sure to sign up for e-mail notifications as well. (There will be one blog entry each day this week then approximately one per week as we introduce each letter of the alphabet.) You can either sign up using the form at the top of the left-side menu on you computer, toward the bottom of the home page on a mobile device, or commenting below and selecting \u201cYes, add me to your mailing list\u201d before you post the comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
